I found a tag on Smile Couture's blog about fall goals, which I thought might be fun to do.
1. Avoid procrastinating.
I am so fracking practiced at procrastinating by this point in my life that I should be able to find a way to avoid it.
2. Knit mittens for my friends.
I promised them mittens last winter, but then slacked. Time for me to break out the yarn again and have my grandfather make jokes about my elderly hobbies.
3. Hipster Thrusdays.
Today Moriah and I had hipster Thursday today, where we strive to dress like hipsters. Or, you know, an excuse to wear quirky pieces of clothing we happen to own (*cough*llama sweater*cough*) We actually don't dress much differently on Hipster Thursdays, but we will totally still do it for kicks.
4. Don't buy cosmetics.
I'm trying to come to terms with not getting paychecks anymore and going on a cosmetic purchase ban is hopefully going to keep me from burning through my allowance too fast. After my sixth nail polish purchase of the summer, I decided that I needed to stop for a while.
5. Pick up a bit of piano.
I kind of want to learn a bit of piano. Because piano chords are actually way easier than I assumed.
Love,
-J-
